At Narrows Heating & AC our #1 goal is complete and total satisfaction. We want to ensure you're completely satisfied, not just on the day we install your new furnace or air conditioner, but for the entire time you own your Trane system.

Following every installation we complete, Trane sends out a customer satisfaction survey. This is the perfect opportunity to tell us exactly what you think - about our performance, about the performance of your home comfort system, or anything else that comes to mind. These comments are very important to us, and help us improve the level of service we offer all our customers.
