Location: Federal Way
Completion: 2024Trouve is a large-scale residential development featuring a main podium building with 128 units and eight standalone buildings with 96 additional units. Narrows Heating & Air Conditioning provided HVAC systems for the entire project, including centralized VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems paired with individual ERV (Energy Reclaim Ventilation) units in each apartment. The system was designed to meet the latest building and energy codes while maximizing available energy credits for the client.

With nearly two decades of experience installing VRF systems and a track record of completing over 15 podium-style apartment projects, the Narrows team brought deep expertise to the job. Coordinating with multiple trades, our team ensured on-time delivery and system performance across all buildings. Client: Waste Connections
Location: Vancouver, WA
Completion: 2024Narrows Heating & Air Conditioning provided HVAC systems for a new 18,500 sq ft office building and a 20,000 sq ft maintenance and shop facility for Waste Connections in Vancouver. The office space was outfitted with a central VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system and individual ERV (Energy Reclaim Ventilation) units across 16 separate zones. The maintenance facility received a tailored solution using gas space heaters and ventilation fans to meet both performance needs and budget goals.

With a large footprint and multiple zones requiring independent climate control, the project demanded careful coordination and deep technical knowledge. Narrows provided a complete design and install solution that met the latest Building and Energy Codes, maximizing energy efficiency and credits. Managing manpower across project phases was critical, and the Narrows team worked closely with other trades to stay aligned with milestone deadlines.
